Hey, how do I connect the client computers using this modem and switch?

In fact, it's an Internet cafe, they switched the servers. The 2 switches once worked as a server in this Internet cafe, so they still have the setting of their modem. So when we switched them, the clients lost the connectivity, only the server is connected. I think it is a clashing problem dealing with the IP addresses. What can I do?
